I posted this cartoon not because I think its good, but because its so poor I felt it warranted discussion

Does it seem to anyone else that what passes for political discourse these days is little better than a gossip column in People Magazine? So John Edwards got a 400 dollar haircut, what does this mean? How does this information benefit the public?

At most this information is evidence that Edwards is a rich prick. But so is every other candidate running for President. If anyone is honestly surprised that Presidental candidates spend more money than the average Joe on haircuts, cars, food, and everything else, then theyre too dumb to even be voting.
