I came across some interesting work from Milo Manara, playing off the iconography of evolutionary progress, from ape to man. He brings an erotic flavor to his cartoons.

By clicking on the link, you can also view a map that shows the climate departure date for those locations \without mitigation. Neither map is pretty.
They certainly have a point.
I always thought of the Indian references in sports as honoring the native americans, not disparaging them, but if they find it offensive, I get it and think the honorable thing to do is change the name.
